技术参数Technical parameters:

     本机包括机体、传动、工作台、电机等四大部分。主传动为二级减速，第一级为三角皮带，第二级为齿轮，其传动部分封闭在护罩内。机架由槽钢焊接而成整体，结构稳定可靠，保证机器工作过程中运转平稳。本机有四根工作轴。

第一对是分纸轴，装有四组分纸刀完成分切纸板工作。

第二对为压线轮，完成压线工作四、操纵与调整　　　

  ●  开动机器前应了解机器的主要结构与性能，熟悉全部操纵机构的使用。　　　

  ●  接通电源前检查电器系统是不是完好，检查机器电机会不会漏电。　　　

  ●  将机器各润滑部位注满润滑油，开动机器空运转5-10分钟，查看机器运转有无不正常的声音，

      如无异常即可开机进行试切纸板。　　　

  ●  侧挡板的调整 侧挡板用于纸板分切时的横向定位。安装调整时应使侧挡板与分纸轴轴线成90度          角。　　　

  ●  分纸刀座、压线模是利用固定螺栓（底部有铜垫）固定在轴上的。将扳手插入松开螺栓即可在轴       上移动。

  ●This machine includes four parts: body, drive, worktable, motor and so on. The main drive is two-stage deceleration, the     first stage is V-belt, the second stage is gear, and its transmission part is enclosed in the shield. The frame is welded by         channel steel, and the structure is stable and reliable to ensure the smooth operation of the machine. This machine has       four working shafts.

  ●The first pair is the paper separating shaft, which is equipped with a four component paper knife to complete the                  paperboard cutting work.

   ●The second pair is the pressing wheel to complete the pressing work

   ●Before starting the machine, you should understand the main structure and performance of the machine and be             familiar    with the use of all operating mechanisms.

   ●Check whether the electrical system is in good condition and whether the machine motor will leak electricity before        connecting the power supply.

   ●Fill all lubricating parts of the machine with lubricating oil, start the machine to run for 5-10 minutes, and check     whether   there is abnormal sound during machine operation,

   ●If there is no abnormality, the machine can be started for trial cutting.

   ●Adjustment of side baffle: the side baffle is used for transverse positioning of paperboard cutting. When installing and     adjusting, make the side baffle and the axis of the paper separating shaft form a 90 degree angle.

   ●The paper dividing knife base and line pressing die are fixed on the shaft with fixed bolts (copper pad at the bottom).   Insert the wrench into the loose bolt to move on the shaft.
